    What is your name?

    Michele Frazier

What is your company name + current title?

    Educational consultant

Do you know what steez is? If so, how do you express your specific steez?

My understanding of steez is a style or trait that is unique to each person. It could be someone’s trademark. I’d say my steez, as far as business goes, is my unique ability to educate and mentor. That is what I’m well known for.

When you were younger what was your dream occupation?

My dream occupation was to be a nurse. I’ve always wanted to help people.

Who/What inspired you to get into your current field?

I didn’t know I had a gift for teaching until I was already in medical school. I realized my heart wasn’t into the study and only liked the idea of being a nurse. I discovered my teaching ability while tutoring a classmate.

What is one current trend that excites you?

I am excited about the parents who are attentive to every detail in their child’s education and success in life.

What would you consider your biggest accomplishment?

I’d have to say my biggest achievement was starting my educational mentor program from home which has made a major impact in the lives in students around the neighborhood.

What do you think of social media? Has it made an impact on your professional career?

Social media is great, however less is more in that aspect. Children today are tightly clung to their devices and spend hours a day on these networks. It has made a pothole of an impact in their performance over the last 7 years.

If you were ever to start again, would you do anything differently?

I’m still getting started, so this question would have a better answer in a few years.

What do you see for the future?

I’m planning on broadening my educational mentor service for children outside of my state to neighboring states. I’ll need to do some hiring!

What’s one piece of advice you can tell our readers?

Don’t procrastinate. It’s the poison of time and success.
