Marty Stallone is an accomplished land development expert whose areas of principal focus include finance, cash-flow analytics, risk management and the corporate function management, but his understanding of so many facets of the industry beyond those focus areas is part of the driving force behind the longevity of Metropolitan Development Group, more commonly known as MDG.
As the executive vice president of development for MDG, Marty has developed an overarching philosophy to guide the broad-based land development company toward decisions that deliver consistently exceptional outcomes for clients and simultaneously encourage a sustainable degree of growth in keeping with the company’s goals. Marty’s leadership has proved instrumental in the continued success of MDG’s varied land development projects, which includes residential, commercial, and industrial projects located throughout the Eastern Pennsylvania region.
Marty currently operates out of MDG’s principal offices in Eastern Pennsylvania. Marty, a graduate of Cornell University and a National Merit Scholar, has freely shared his industry expertise with colleagues and industry peers alike, and he is one of the most frequently requested speakers for organizational seminars and professional conferences.
